Having done his CA, MBA (Finance), LLB, and B.com, and with 17+ years of experience, he has a rich exposure in the field of IPO, Investor Relations, Merger & Acquisitions, Finance, Fund Raising and Fund Management, Finalization and Consolidation of the Balance Sheet, Legal, Taxation etc.
