Overview

J B Ecotex Limited, is a pioneering Company in the plastic recycling industry. At J B Ecotex Limited, we are committed to innovation, sustainability and business growth. We have evolved ourselves as one of the India’s largest player in PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) recycling sector.

The entity was established as a “J B Ecotex LLP” in 2012, since then the Company has commited itself towards a growth story based on contnious development and delivering value. Expanding its operational capacities from 30,000 MT to having second largest PSF manufacturing capacity in the country, the entity has established its name in the recycling segment. Throughout all these years the entity has grown its business multifold and converted itself into a Public Limited Company, “J B Ecotex Limited” in 2021.

The Company, showcasing its Eco-leadership and recycling excelence, has establised robust production capacity of 60,000 MT/annum for Recycled Polyester Stable Fibre (RPSF), 12,000 MT /annum of PET Flakes & 21,600 MT/annum of Bottle to Bottle (B2B) rPET food-grade resins.

The Company has always embraced the concept of sustainablity and showncase that the businesses can be expanded while keeping environment as one of the key stakeholder. The Company ensures that more than 50% of its electricty requirements are fulfilled by renewable energy sources. The Company has transitioned from the traditional sources of energies to renewable sources through its 3 windmills, having a total installed capacity of 7.2 MW and Solar projects having a total installed capacity of 8.6 MW.

Working with a concept of a responsible and sustainable recycler, the Company has installed an in-house effluent treatment plant with all the latest available technology which enables the Company to process and reuse all the waste water generated during the process ensuring that the Company becomes a Zero Liquid discharge unit.

Certification

Global Recycled Standard Certified

The GRS is an international, voluntary, full-product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. GRS verifies Responsible Social, Environmental and chemical Practices in Production as well as Recycled Content of intermediate as well as finished products. JB Ecotex Limited has been compliant with Global Recycle Standard ver 3.0 since March 2016.

OEKO TEX Certified Product

Oeko Tex Standard 100 was developed in 1992 and it is a certification structure for testing textile raw materials, intermediate materials and end products like fabrics, fibers, yarn including accessories. This is a global standard issued by the International Association for Research and Testing in the field of textile ecology and its headquarters is in Switzerland.

We at Jay Bharat Group, make truly eco-friendly products keeping both the environment and human safety in mind.

The processing sector of Jay Bharat Group has been certified with one of the most prestigious certificates Oeko Tex 100 since 2009. JB Ecotex Limited also has had this certification since Feb 2016.

This certificate is a reassurance for our deserving consumers that our product meets the highest ecology standards.

JB Ecotex Limited is also compliant with Global Recycle Standard ver 3.0 and has had this certification since March 2016.

We also got ISO 9001:2015 & 1460:2015 in October 2017.

ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 9001:2015 Certified Unit

ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework for environment management best practice which helps organization to minimize their environmental footprint, diminish the risk of pollution incidents, provide operational improvements, ensures compliance with relevant environmental legislation and sustainably develop business.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

UKcert 15270:2008 Certified Unit

UKcert is an organization that helps companies to avail the CE marking of the product that we deal with. The team has experience of 15+ years and is well-known in quality systems, training, and standardization, especially in the private sector.

ISO 15270:2008 – Plastics — Guidelines for the recovery and recycling of plastics waste:

a) ISO 15270:2008 gives direction to the advancement of norms and determinations covering plastics waste recovery and recycling.
